  You might think that heathy food is boring, it’s just lettuce, but I’m here to tell you that you are wrong. 1. Eat more vegetables and fruits  They’re loaded with fiber, vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds that help fight  inflammation  and protect your cells from damage. You could make a salad and add fruits, make it colorful as you can, that will motivate you to keep eating it. 2. Avoid processed food.  Ultra-processed foods have been linked to an increased risk of heart issues, so try to limit their consumption. These foods can contain added sugar,  artificial colors , stabilizers, or preservatives. Such as salty snacks, fast food, and others. 3. Reduce sugar.  Limiting added sugar in your diet is vital. However, it’s common and found in foods you might not have thought of, such as sauces and  condiments , so be sure to carefully review food labels to help reduce your intake. 4. Manage Your Time

  To manage your time as a student or as a person too. The first thing you need to do is a  calendar .  Create a calendar for yourself with all your upcoming deadlines, exams, social events, and other time commitments well in advance so you can see what’s coming up.  Keep your calendar in a place where you can see it every day, such as in your planner or on your wall above your desk.  You also need to set reminders. Time management is all about setting yourself up for success in advance and giving yourself the tools to accomplish tasks with confidence.  You can also use planners, scheduling, note taking, and others.  Prioritize. If you are able to complete simple tasks first, try getting them out of the way before moving on to tasks that require a lot of focus. This can help to alleviate some of the pressure by checking a couple things off your to-do list without getting bogged down too early. You can also have fun, it doesn’t has to be bored, do some activities for yourself to enjoy y

Be Yourself

Well you can spend time with yourself because it is really important. Doing journaling, find self-care activities. Associate yourself with people with whom you feel comfortable.  Find new friends that like to act like themselves, too. Also, try not to undersell yourself either, presenting a false personality. Treat others the way you want to be treated.  Everybody deserves respect, including you. If you find yourself out of the ordinary, stop and think about the feelings of others and how your feelings would be affected by your actions from another person's perspective. Listen to your heart.  Your heart will never fail you! Worrying yourself about what others do and say, you will never learn to be yourself. Be happy with yourself, you are not perfect, Jesus is.
